Terms of Purchase – Farmerrain

Effective from July 4, 2026 and replaces any previously published terms of purchase.

1. About Farmerrain

Farmerrain is owned and operated by Svenska Regnkläds Aktiebolaget, registered in Sweden with
organization number 559194-1280, registered office at Käsemåla 106, 361 92 Emmaboda, Sweden.

These terms of purchase apply when you, as a consumer, order from www.farmerrain.com. The
agreement is entered into between you and Svenska Regnkläds Aktiebolaget.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are quoted including Swedish VAT (25%).
You can pay by:

– Card

– Klarna (invoice/installment – Klarna’s own terms then apply to the payment part,
see klarna.com)

– PayPal

– Swish

Payment is normally made before delivery, except when choosing Klarna invoice/installment.

Discount codes

Apart from Black Week, Farmerrain does not work with discounted prices on products. To get access to
our Black Week offers before everyone else, sign up for our newsletter on the homepage for early access.

3. Order and Agreement

A binding purchase agreement is formed once you have placed your order and received an order
confirmation from Farmerrain by email. We recommend saving your order confirmation.

Farmerrain reserves the right to refuse or cancel a purchase in cases of suspected fraud, such as
unauthorized use of someone else’s payment card.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at info@farmerrain.com. We
cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once it is already being processed for
shipping at our warehouse.

4. Delivery

We stock all items ourselves and normally ship within 1–2 business days of your order. The carrier’s
transit time comes in addition to this.

Shipping cost (fixed price regardless of weight):

– Sweden: SEK 99

– Rest of Europe: SEK 199

– Rest of the world: SEK 299

Within Sweden we ship with DHL. FedEx is used for all other countries.

For deliveries outside the EU (with the exception of Norway, see below), customs duties and import fees
may apply. These are paid by you as the customer. You can estimate potential fees at, for example,
www.dutycalculator.com.

Norway (VOEC): Farmerrain is registered under the Norwegian VOEC scheme (VAT On E-Commerce).
This means Norwegian VAT is already included in the price at checkout, and customers in Norway do not
need to pay customs or import fees on delivery.

If a package is not collected and is automatically returned to us, a fee of SEK 250 will be charged to cover
our shipping costs.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you have the right to withdraw from your
purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Notify us within 14 days via info@farmerrain.com, preferably with
your order number.

2. Return the item unused and in essentially unchanged condition, in its original
packaging if possible, within a reasonable time.

3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

4. We will refund the amount you paid (including the original standard shipping cost)
within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back. Refunds are always
made to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specific instructions or clearly personalized,

for example if you ordered an item with a custom length, color combination,

or model that differs from the standard range.

You are welcome to use our withdrawal form if you like, but it is not required – a clear message to us is
enough.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Processing time:

Returns and exchanges are normally processed within approximately 5 business
days of us receiving the package.

During particularly busy periods, this may take somewhat longer.

We offer exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. The returned item must be in the same
condition as when you received it, i.e. unused and with original packaging intact.

You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item. Customers outside the EU should
contact us before sending anything.

If you are returning a defective item, Farmerrain will arrange and cover the cost of collection. If the
complaint is valid, we will also reimburse reasonable shipping costs incurred in connection with the
return. If the complaint is not valid, you are responsible for all transport costs, including our cost of
shipping the item back to you once the case has been processed.

The item must always be well packaged, and we recommend keeping the receipt for the postage cost.
You are responsible for the package until it has been received by Farmerrain – please include a tracking
number if available.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated.

Special orders involving a custom length, color, or model are not eligible for exchange or return (see
also the exception to the right of withdrawal in section 5).

Once a return is approved, we will issue a refund as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the
item has been returned and received by us.

7. Complaints and Warranty

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint about defects present at
the time of delivery for up to three years, provided the defect is reported within a reasonable time after
you discover it (we recommend within two months). The warranty applies for 3 years from the date you
received your products.

For the warranty to apply:

– the products must only have been subjected to normal use intended for
rainwear, and

– the products must have been handled in accordance with our care instructions.

If a complaint is approved, Farmerrain will cover the return shipping cost, and the return will be handled
through the carrier designated by Farmerrain.

Please contact us at info@farmerrain.com with photos of the defect and your order number, and we will
assist you further.

8. Personal Data

We process your personal data (such as name, address, national ID number, email, and phone number) in
accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your data is used to ensure delivery to you, process your order, and for any credit checks. Your data is
only accessible to Farmerrain and is shared solely with the parties required to fulfill the purchase, such as
carriers and payment providers. Farmerrain never sells your personal data to third parties.

As a data subject, you have the right to, among other things:

– access the data we have stored about you,

– have incorrect data corrected, and

– request that your data be deleted.

9. Force Majeure

Farmerrain is not liable for delays or shortcomings caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as
strikes, staff illness, transport disruptions, or import/export issues – whether these occur at Farmerrain or
at our suppliers/partners.

If a force majeure event lasts longer than two months, both you and Farmerrain
have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, Farmerrain voluntarily agrees to follow decisions from the National Board for
Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden,
www.arn.se.

You can also contact your local consumer guidance office or the Swedish Consumer Agency
(Konsumentverket, www.konsumentverket.se) for guidance.

11. Changes to These Terms

Farmerrain may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time you place your
order are the ones that apply to that purchase.
