Orders and terms

A conclusive purchase agreement is included as soon as we have confirmed your order and when you as a customer receive an order confirmation from Farmerrain on email. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if any questions or concerns arise regarding your order.

Farmerrain reserves the right to reject or terminate a purchase agreement if there are suspicions or actions similar to fraud, such as illegal use of other people’s credit cards, for example.

Delivery time 

Farmerrain encourages you to read the following text before placing an order. These terms may be changed or updated. Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms and conditions before each order you place, so that you are aware of the terms that are relevant.

We aim to handle your order within 1-2 days. If you order before 9am, we usually ship the same day. Orders that come in during a weekend are normally sent the following weekday.

You as a customer will receive an order confirmation on email when your order has been sent. There will also be a tracking number so you can follow your order during the delivery.

Most of our products will be delivered within 2-3 days after we have sent your order. So 4-5 days after you placing your order (this applies to Sweden). All products are shipped with FedEx. With DHL if you lives in Sweden or Norway. If you live outside Sweden, you must expect at least 5 days extra before your order is delivered.

If a product is out of stock 

If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email. We can then suggest an alternative product or cancel the current order and refund your purchase. If incorrect price information has been shown on the webshop, you will have the opportunity to either buy the product at the right price or cancel the order.

Independent events 

In force majeure, unpredictable events, our obligations are postponed. Examples of this may be strike, sickness of employees, transport disruptions, import / export problems, whether this occurs with us as a company or with our suppliers / partners. If force majeure lasts longer than two months, the customer as well as we have the right to cancel the contract without any obligation to pay damages.
