I think the southwest hat from Farmerrain is one of the most over looked items they offer. I find them to be a great item. I do alot of storm photography and hunting and I’ve had excellent results with both activities. The southwester can have the bill turned up in the front so its out of the wat when using scopes. I’ve worn them in high winds and I think it might out perform the hood on the jackets when you are heading into the wind and rain. I highly recommend this hat for the stormy weather.
