We recommend that you save the order confirmation if any questions or concerns arise regarding your order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Farmerrain reserves the right to reject or terminate a purchase agreement if there are suspicions or actions similar to fraud, such as illegal use of other people&#8217;s credit cards, for example.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Delivery time\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Farmerrain encourages you to read the following text before placing an order. These terms may be changed or updated. Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms and conditions before each order you place, so that you are aware of the terms that are relevant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">We aim to handle your order within 1-2 days. If you order before 9am, we usually ship the same day. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Orders that come in during a weekend are normally sent the following weekday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">You as a customer will receive an order confirmation on email when your order has been sent. There will also be a tracking number so you can follow your order during the delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Most of our products will be delivered within 2-3 days after we have sent your order. So 4-5 days after you placing your order (this applies to Sweden). <\/span><span class=\"s1\">All products are shipped with FedEx. With DHL if you lives in Sweden or Norway. If you live outside Sweden, you must expect at least <strong>5 days<\/strong> extra before your order is delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">If a product is out of stock\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email. We can then suggest an alternative product or cancel the current order and refund your purchase. If incorrect price information has been shown on the webshop, you will have the opportunity to either buy the product at the right price or cancel the order.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Independent events\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">In force majeure, unpredictable events, our obligations are postponed. Examples of this may be <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">strike<\/span>, <\/span><span class=\"s1\">sickness of employees, transport disruptions, import \/ export problems, whether this occurs with us as a company or with our suppliers \/ partners.
