The<br \/>\nagreement is entered into between you and Svenska Regnkl\u00e4ds Aktiebolaget.<\/p>\n<p>2. Prices and Payment<\/p>\n<p>All prices on the website are quoted including Swedish VAT (25%).<br \/>\nYou can pay by:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Card<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Klarna (invoice\/installment \u2013 Klarna\u2019s own terms then apply to the payment part,<br \/>\nsee klarna.com)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; PayPal<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Swish<\/p>\n<p>Payment is normally made before delivery, except when choosing Klarna invoice\/installment.<\/p>\n<p>Discount codes<\/p>\n<p>Apart from Black Week, Farmerrain does not work with discounted prices on products. To get access to<br \/>\nour Black Week offers before everyone else, sign up for our newsletter on the homepage for early access.<\/p>\n<p>3. Order and Agreement<\/p>\n<p>A binding purchase agreement is formed once you have placed your order and received an order<br \/>\nconfirmation from Farmerrain by email. We recommend saving your order confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>Farmerrain reserves the right to refuse or cancel a purchase in cases of suspected fraud, such as<br \/>\nunauthorized use of someone else\u2019s payment card.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at info@farmerrain.com. We<br \/>\ncannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once it is already being processed for<br \/>\nshipping at our warehouse.<\/p>\n<p>4. Delivery<\/p>\n<p>We stock all items ourselves and normally ship within 1\u20132 business days of your order. The carrier\u2019s<br \/>\ntransit time comes in addition to this.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping cost (fixed price regardless of weight):<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sweden: SEK 99<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rest of Europe: SEK 199<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rest of the world: SEK 299<\/p>\n<p>Within Sweden we ship with DHL. FedEx is used for all other countries.<\/p>\n<p>For deliveries outside the EU (with the exception of Norway, see below), customs duties and import fees<br \/>\nmay apply. These are paid by you as the customer. You can estimate potential fees at, for example,<br \/>\nwww.dutycalculator.com.<\/p>\n<p>Norway (VOEC): Farmerrain is registered under the Norwegian VOEC scheme (VAT On E-Commerce).<br \/>\nThis means Norwegian VAT is already included in the price at checkout, and customers in Norway do not<br \/>\nneed to pay customs or import fees on delivery.<\/p>\n<p>If a package is not collected and is automatically returned to us, a fee of SEK 250 will be charged to cover<br \/>\nour shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p>5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)<\/p>\n<p>As a consumer, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you have the right to withdraw from your<br \/>\npurchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal:<\/p>\n<p>1. Notify us within 14 days via info@farmerrain.com, preferably with<br \/>\nyour order number.<\/p>\n<p>2. Return the item unused and in essentially unchanged condition, in its original<br \/>\npackaging if possible, within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n<p>3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<p>4. We will refund the amount you paid (including the original standard shipping cost)<br \/>\nwithin 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back. Refunds are always<br \/>\nmade to the same payment method you used for the purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:<\/p>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specific instructions or clearly personalized,<\/p>\n<p>for example if you ordered an item with a custom length, color combination,<\/p>\n<p>or model that differs from the standard range.<\/p>\n<p>You are welcome to use our withdrawal form if you like, but it is not required \u2013 a clear message to us is<br \/>\nenough.<\/p>\n<p>6. Returns and Exchanges<\/p>\n<p>Return address: Svenska Regnkl\u00e4ds AB K\u00e4sem\u00e5la 106 361 92 Emmaboda Sweden<\/p>\n<p>Processing time:<\/p>\n<p>Returns and exchanges are normally processed within approximately 5 business<br \/>\ndays of us receiving the package.<\/p>\n<p>During particularly busy periods, this may take somewhat longer.<\/p>\n<p>We offer exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. The returned item must be in the same<br \/>\ncondition as when you received it, i.e. unused and with original packaging intact.<\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item. Customers outside the EU should<br \/>\ncontact us before sending anything.<\/p>\n<p>If you are returning a defective item, Farmerrain will arrange and cover the cost of collection. If the<br \/>\ncomplaint is valid, we will also reimburse reasonable shipping costs incurred in connection with the<br \/>\nreturn. If the complaint is not valid, you are responsible for all transport costs, including our cost of<br \/>\nshipping the item back to you once the case has been processed.<\/p>\n<p>The item must always be well packaged, and we recommend keeping the receipt for the postage cost.<br \/>\nYou are responsible for the package until it has been received by Farmerrain \u2013 please include a tracking<br \/>\nnumber if available.<\/p>\n<p>Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<p>Special orders involving a custom length, color, or model are not eligible for exchange or return (see<br \/>\nalso the exception to the right of withdrawal in section 5).<\/p>\n<p>Once a return is approved, we will issue a refund as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the<br \/>\nitem has been returned and received by us.<\/p>\n<p>7. Complaints and Warranty<\/p>\n<p>Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint about defects present at<br \/>\nthe time of delivery for up to three years, provided the defect is reported within a reasonable time after<br \/>\nyou discover it (we recommend within two months). The warranty applies for 3 years from the date you<br \/>\nreceived your products.<\/p>\n<p>For the warranty to apply:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; the products must only have been subjected to normal use intended for<br \/>\nrainwear, and<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; the products must have been handled in accordance with our care instructions.<\/p>\n<p>If a complaint is approved, Farmerrain will cover the return shipping cost, and the return will be handled<br \/>\nthrough the carrier designated by Farmerrain.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact us at info@farmerrain.com with photos of the defect and your order number, and we will<br \/>\nassist you further.<\/p>\n<p>8. Personal Data<\/p>\n<p>We process your personal data (such as name, address, national ID number, email, and phone number) in<br \/>\naccordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>Your data is used to ensure delivery to you, process your order, and for any credit checks. Your data is<br \/>\nonly accessible to Farmerrain and is shared solely with the parties required to fulfill the purchase, such as<br \/>\ncarriers and payment providers. Farmerrain never sells your personal data to third parties.<\/p>\n<p>As a data subject, you have the right to, among other things:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; access the data we have stored about you,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; have incorrect data corrected, and<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; request that your data be deleted.<\/p>\n<p>Read more about how we handle your personal data in our privacy policy.<\/p>\n<p>9. Force Majeure<\/p>\n<p>Farmerrain is not liable for delays or shortcomings caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as<br \/>\nstrikes, staff illness, transport disruptions, or import\/export issues \u2013 whether these occur at Farmerrain or<br \/>\nat our suppliers\/partners.<\/p>\n<p>If a force majeure event lasts longer than two months, both you and Farmerrain<br \/>\nhave the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.<\/p>\n<p>10. Disputes<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a dispute, Farmerrain voluntarily agrees to follow decisions from the National Board for<br \/>\nConsumer Disputes (Allm\u00e4nna reklamationsn\u00e4mnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden,<br \/>\nwww.arn.se.<\/p>\n<p>You can also contact your local consumer guidance office or the Swedish Consumer Agency<br \/>\n(Konsumentverket, www.konsumentverket.se) for guidance.<\/p>\n<p>11. Changes to These Terms<\/p>\n<p>Farmerrain may update these terms from time to time.
